  • How much can I earn?

    • We offer 25% of our retail price in cash or 35% of our retail price in-store credit.

  • Do you accept donations?

    • Yes, if we are booked out too far for buying appointments and you don't want to wait, we can take them and donate them to one of the charities we support in the Missoula area.

  • How do the punch cards work?

    • Every time you shop with us, every $10 you spend (whether cash, card, or store credit), you get a punch or stamp on your in-store punch card. Every 10 punches you accumulate, you get $10 off your next purchase!

    • We also do Double Punch Mondays, every single Monday!

  • What if I lose my punch card?

    • If you lose or forget your in-store punch card, no problem! We will start a new one for you. If you find that you have more than one, we are happy to combine them for you so you can get your savings!

  • What are your condition standards?

    • We accept items that are like-new, gently used, clean, and free from pet hair. Please make sure all parts are present and in working order for toys and equipment. 

  • What is your return policy?

    • Refunds are offered up to 7 days from purchase with the receipt. Store credit only without a receipt.

  • How does store credit work?

    • Store credit works the same as cash in our store, we keep track of it here filed under your last name. If you have credit, just let us know when you are ready to check out and we will find it for you.

  • What do you not accept? 

    • We do not accept car seats, cribs, or breast pumps
