Buying & Donating

Buying:

  • Kid Crossing accepts clothing and equipment on an appointment basis for cash or store credit.

  • Kid Crossing will pay approximately 25% of our ticket price in cash for clothing and equipment, and up to 35% of our ticket price for store credit.

  • Appointments are required to sell items. Due to the high volume of merchandise we receive, appointments are typically scheduled a few weeks to a few months from the time you call depending on items.

  • Kid Crossing has full discretion to accept or deny clothing, equipment, toys or misc. items based on inventory needs, condition or popularity of a product.

  • Please note, that deductions will be made for any items that need to be cleaned or clothing that needs to be washed.

  • Please bring clothing in a clean, like-new condition, free of hair/odors/stains.

  • Clothing may be rejected based on inventory requirements.

  • Equipment, toys, and miscellaneous items should be clean, in working order, and ready for use. Please wash all fabrics.

  • The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act prohibits the sale of any baby product, equipment, or toy that has a recall on it. Please visit https://www.cpsc.gov/ to review the recall list before bringing any items in.

Donating:

  • We are ALWAYS accepting donations if you do not wish to set up an appointment to sell your items.

  • If you wish, items we are unable to use in our store we will then donate to various charities in the Missoula area including but not limited to: Teen Challenge, Secret Seconds, and various churches.

  • We also donate to local groups, families, and individuals in need

Items left for 14 days WILL BE DONATED! This is a strict rule, no exceptions!
